2002 Mark Lester and Michael Jackson meet up in person. Jackson already has all three of his biological children at this point.

6 July 2009 Mark Lester sells a story to HELLO! magazine about Michael, where he “rubbishes” reports that Jackson is not the biological father of his children.

16th August 2009 Mark Lester’s ex wife and the mother of his children who was married to him at the time he claims he was off donating sperm to superstars sells a counter story to Lester’s entitled “Is My Ex Husband Mark Lester The Father of Jackson’s Children? No, He’s Completely Nuts”; refuting the idea he was the father in any way of Jackson’s children and stating that he is simply fame hungry.

Jane tells me that the friendship between her ex and Michael Jackson only truly blossomed after Paris’s birth. She describes Mark Lester as ‘completely nuts’ and says she found the association between her ex-husband and Jackson ‘frankly creepy’.

Jane, whose parting from Lester was acrimonious, says the friendship with Jackson was one of the factors that destroyed her marriage. She believes this was behaviour largely driven by Lester’s ego, as well as his desire to cling to the limelight decades after he returned to obscurity. ‘As soon as he got a whiff of Jackson’s fame, he went ballistic,’ she says.

‘The first real contact the family as a whole ever had was when Jackson came [to the UK] after he had broken his ankle [Jackson had an accident in rehearsals in 2003].

‘Michael only contacted Mark in 2001 and renewed the friendship. There is no way Mark could be Paris’s father, as she was born by then.’

5th May 2013 Mark Lester once again sells a story to The Mirror claiming he is now the father of all three of Michael Jackson’s children and that a DNA test will “prove it.”

He gives an interesting interpretation of his previous claim, now saying that this event supposedly happened sometime in 1996:

Mark said: “I remember Michael ringing and saying, ‘Oh, you don’t have any fertility difficulties do you?’. He was half joking so I joked, ‘Oh, I just look at her and she gets pregnant’.

“So then in a light-hearted way he said, ‘Will you help me out?’. Initially I thought he wanted me to do something with his ex-wife Debbie Rowe and I was thinking, ‘I don’t think so’.

“Then out of the blue about a year later, he mentioned sperm donation and I agreed.

Lester claims all of this took place over the telephone.

This is interesting as the world would only learn that Debbie Rowe was carrying Michael Jackson’s baby in November of 1996, which is also when he married Debbie. This was the only time people became aware of her presence in his life (it took News of the World journalists two months to get her to confess to them that she’d both had sex with Jackson and was carrying his child), so if Mark Lester is involving her as a married partner in any way then he doesn’t seem to realize that he’s admitting MJ only sought his precious sperm after Debbie Rowe was already pregnant and carrying his son Prince. Why would someone seek out a sperm donor when their wife was already carrying their baby?

Lester then claims he did not donate any sperm at the time, but did so a year later – this would be November of 1997. Debbie Rowe was already pregnant with Paris Jackson at this point.

In his own version of events he has shown he can’t keep up both with his own lies and has seemingly has no desire to try and keep up with the dates of the births of his own supposed children.

Mark Lester is really at the bottom of my list of the creeps surrounding Jackson so I’ve never felt a huge need to dig into his background – so feel free to submit articles, quotes, and other things in the comments that I can continue to update with.

Scott Thorson on Larry King Live on August 12, 2002

KING: Did you ever have other homosexual relationships?

THORSON: No.

KING: No. You did not.

THORSON: No.

KING: He [Liberace] was the only one.

THORSON: He was the only one.

In his new revised version of events he claims he was 16 when he and Michael first began an affair. He was 19 when he met Liberace, so he could not have been 16 when he met Michael, as he had only met Michael because of Liberace.

He had also previously claimed in the original 2004 paid for National Enquirer interview where he came up with this story that he’d only met Michael in 1979, when they were both about 21 years old.

Thorson is actually five months older than Michael so even if he wanted to claim they had some kind of sexual contact when Thorson was under age, it would have been Thorson sexually abusing Jackson, and not the other way around. Having informed ET about how this timeline proves what Thorson was claiming was impossible, it seems ET has conveniently decided not to air that footage of Thorson making his new claims, as it would show that ET is incapable of doing even the most basic of fact checking regarding a sensational story like this.

Thorson had also originally claimed his love affair of the ages ended with Michael because of Michael’s addiction to child porn; when Neverland was raided in 1993 and then again in 2003 – both occasions in which Michael was not in Neverland or even Los Angeles at the time - they could only find women only/heterosexual/lesbian porn in magazines and on computers dating back to 1991. 

Quick edit after the ET show has aired: It seems the promo for the show was not reflected in what Thorson actually said. He now claims to have been “best friends” with Michael and says they’re relationship “crossed” boundaries, and that was all he was comfortable saying, because he says, Michael is not alive to defend himself. Why would Michael need to defend himself from something if it was truthful? Why was his offer to make himself available for the prosecution in the 2005 not taken up, so Michael could have defended his story himself in court if need be? He says he’s working on a follow up book to his 1988 story which is currently being made into a HBO movie starring Michael Douglas and Matt Damon – his original 1988 book came about because he was desperate financially, as he admitted in the book,  and yet his  love affair with Michael was not mentioned there, or mentioned again in his 2002 Larry King interview, nor did he make himself available to the prosecution in 1993. It is only when he needed money desperately in 2004, according to the person who sold the story for him, as Thorson was strung out on drugs and homeless at the time, and Michael’s trial was ongoing in the media that he decided to exploit that situation, knowing full well his story would never be addressed in court or anywhere else. He offered himself to the prosecution, who wisely realized his story would be incredibly easy to counter with his own words in testimony about Liberace, his own words in his original book, his own words to Larry King in 2002 and his own words in 2004, where he changed the story and timelines again.

If he addresses this story in his future book, it’ll be interesting to see what revisions have been made to all his 1988/2002/2004/2012 stories; I imagine creative uses of timelines and history will abound.

Thorson has also only recently come out of prison, after having been sentenced to four years inside in 2008 because of felony drug and burglary charges.

He has been involved in drug related crimes in: 1981 (when he claims to have been with Michael), another in 1988, another in 1990 another in 2008, and now again in 2013.

He has an extensive history of drug problems, dating back to his time with Liberace in the 70s, according to him, and in 1981 having claimed to have witnessed Gregory DeWitt Niles beat up porn star John Holmes during a drug deal Thorson was involved in, who he claims then made a confession relating to the Wonderland murders.

Over the years, Scott Thorson remained friends with Nash although his own life had been threatened.  Thorson had broken up with Liberace and experienced drug problems.  He claims to have lost most of his possessions to Nash in exchange for drugs.  When the state of California eventually brought murder charges against Eddie Nash, Thorson made a deal with the District Attorney to have unrelated criminal charges (drug related armed robbery) dropped in exchange for his testimony.

Nash’s 1990 trial ended when the jury hung on a vote of eleven to one.  Later, it would be alleged Nash had bribed the holdout.

Thorson entered the Federal Witness Protection Program but later left it.  Thorson was shot five times in a 1990 robbery but lived.

This is just a draft blog post that I wanted to quickly give to address this story before I could research a more detailed timeline of the events in Thorson’s life leading up to and surrounding his comments about Michael.

Even journalists like CNN’s Alan Duke have acknowledged the resemblance.

- October 19th 1999 - Matt Fiddes stages a show at his martial arts center using a Michael Jackson impersonator, but someone reports to the press that it was Michael, “When asked why Jackson would have a yen for Barnstaple, Regan surmised, “Michael is keen on karate, and it could be [him] because world martial arts champion Matt Fiddes is friends with Uri Geller, and Geller is friends with Michael.”  It was a claim his people denied, as he had been in Los Angeles the entire time. It turned out to be the MJ impersonator Navi.

- March 4-7th 2001 – Michael flies in to London to give a speech at Oxford University, Matt claims he first works for Michael here, though there is no proof of this.

- June 11th-18th 2002 - (Blanket has already been born) Michael flies in to London and Uri Geller asks his friend Matt Fiddes to work as one of Michael’s bodyguards during the Exeter City event. Michael was not his employer and did not pay him, Fiddes wanted to work for Michael for free, as Matt has said himself. (Geller famously sold his friend Michael Jackson to Martin Bashir for a reported $200,000k.).

- During his speech Michael gives thanks to David Blaine, Patti Boulaye, Uri Geller and then has to be reminded what Matt Fiddes name was.

- August 22nd 2002 - In an article about Michael’s July visit to London, Uri Geller says that Michael generously bought toys for Matt Fiddes’ children: “I was with him in the toy department when a bodyguard mentioned his two step-children – that guy is a world champion kick-boxer, with the muscles to match the belts, but it took him three trips to get all his packages down to the cars. Somewhere in Devon, two kids own every fragment of Star Wars merchandise on the market.”

- January 16th 2008 - Sells a story to The Sun about his friendship with Michael, using one of the public photos MJ took with him back in 2002. Although Uri Geller had said it had taken 3 shopping trips to take the stuff Michael had bought Matt’s children home in 2002, Matt claims here that his kids only, “came home with just a few bits and pieces.”

- 11th August 2008 - Matt Fiddes sues his friend Tito Jackson over a loan he claims he gave Tito of $20,000k, claiming Tito still owes him, “£12,051.20.” Tito can’t even keep the 20 pence, Matt?

- November 2008 - The documentary “The Jacksons Are Coming” is aired, featuring the Jackson family visiting the UK and considering buying a home in Devon, England. Matt Fiddes makes himself available as a local guide on the basis of his previous tenuous association with MJ. Reports on the doc from the Daily Mail: “Tito recalls: ‘Matt started to get in more and more shots, and didn’t want this or that person to be involved because it would take away from his screen time. ‘Jane Preston, the documentary-maker, wanted to show the public what it was like to be me without the showbusiness and the bodyguards, but he wanted to do all that because it got him camera time with his boys wearing his karate jackets. Everything he did was to get publicity.” Certainly, the documentary appears to back Tito’s side of the story, particularly when it emerges, during the course of filming, that Matt was engineering press opportunities during their stay.”

- 22nd November 2008 - Tito Jackson responds to Matt Fiddes’ lawsuit against him, “Some people want to be seen in your company and want to piggyback on your 40 years of hard work. I was supposed to have been godfather to two of his kids, but I cancelled that, because I can’t be a godfather if I can’t even get along with the father.”

-June 2009 Matt sells stories to the tabloids about Michael’s addiction to drugs, saying he and Uri Geller were forced out of Michael’s world because of this. In reality, Michael had cut off contact with Uri after he had been the one to sell him on to Bashir, and as Matt was only a friend to Uri, Michael no longer needed to use him as an umbrella holder on his London visits. Michael returned to the UK in 2006 and 2009 and Matt Fiddes was nowhere to be seen either time. It should also be noted at this time that if he believed Michael to be such a drug addict, why would he not be concerned about Blanket Jackson’s safety around Michael?

- 6th July 2009 - In an article in People magazine where it’s reported that Katherine has banned MJ hanger-ons from attending the memorial, Matt coincidentally says that he and Uri Geller did not receive any invites to the MJ Memorial. “among those yet to receive invites are Uri Geller and UK bodyguard Matt Fiddes. Matt said: “We haven’t received any tickets yet in the UK. I’m hearing it’s the same for many of Michael’s friends here.”

-19th July 2009 - Matt Fiddes speaks to People.co.uk, where he says MJ spoke often of death and dying and had considered freezing himself or having a clone made using his sperm.  “Eventually when he realised these choices were not likely to be available to him in his own life time he did mention freezing his sperm. He liked the idea that in theory his ‘life force’ could be around for hundreds of years and be released at the flick of a switch.”

- 9th August 2009 - Matt goes on Sky News to back up Mark Lester’s story about being Paris’ father (Paris says she is biracial and Michael’s daughter; Lester also previously gave an interview in 2001 where he had said he had not spoken to MJ since the 80s before they got back in touch through Geller in 2001, Paris was conceived in 1997; Mark Lester’s then wife has confirmed Lester’s story is a lie and denounced him in the press, calling him “completely nuts”).  Incidentally, Uri Geller is good friends with Mark Lester, Matt Fiddes, Shmuley Boteach, Deepak Chopra and was the one who introduced MJ to Bashir for a fee. I’m sure it’s a coincidence that so many who went on to exploit their association with MJ are all associated with Geller and each other. No mention of him being the father of Blanket here.

- 28th Jan 2010 -Matt Fiddes alleges the Jacksons move to Devon was a “stunt”, but is forced to admit that, “he was instrumental in concocting the bogus story, which he claims was intended to earn Tito money and help revive his career.”

- 4th April 2010 - Someone asks MJ’s bodyguards — who worked for Michael from 2007-2009, including on his visits to Vegas and London – on facebook what their thoughts were on Matt Fiddes; they can be added to the list of people who did not know who he was.

- 10th June 2010 - Matt is ordered to pay Channel 4′s legal costs of $14,000

- 22nd June 2010 - The day before his trial was due to begin, he drops his lawsuit against Channel 4 because, Fiddes “had submitted what he claimed to be “a highly relevant and significant document” to the court. He claimed that the new evidence had only recently been discovered, but the defendants alleged that the document was a forgery, leading to Fiddes withdrawing his fakery allegations and the case collapsing.”

He was forced to admit that he, “publicly acknowledges that the programme was not “faked” as he has previously claimed and has today withdrawn his allegations of malice.” Mr Bellamy said Channel 4 would not chase Mr Fiddes for its £1.7 million cost because, they said, the self professed millionaire would “simply not be in a position to pay”. Stephen Lambert, chief executive of the documentary production company, described Fiddes as “vainglorious” and “a fame-seeking fantasist”. Ms Preston said that Fiddes’s “smears and scurrilous accusations” had devastated her professional life and career for nearly two years.

Katherine Jackson released a statement in which she said: “‘Fiddes tried to pretend that he was a close friend of my son Michael, but when I spoke to Michael about him, he could not remember who he was. The whole family was deeply upset by the interviews he gave shortly after Michael’s death, which no friend would have done.’

“After that, Fiddes wrote to my son Tito and said that if we gave evidence against him on behalf of Jane and the others, then we would regret it. We decided we were going to come and tell the truth about him anyway. You have to stand up to people like this.”

- 25th September 2010 - Matt Fidde’s publicist Max Markson (who claims Matt was there when Michael held Blanket over a balcony in Germany in 2002 – Matt was not there) tweets to his followers:

“Lol!! @Mario_Pettinato. It could be a big Michael Jackson week this week !!! Go google MATT FIDDES …he’ll be in Sydney+Melb this week! 1:40 AM Sep 25th

@Mario_Pettinato I think it’ll be the other way round ! He’ll need my protection by the time he gets here !!”

This is interesting considering that Matt claims he was forced into coming forward.

- 26th September 2010 - Matt Fiddes sells his story to News Of The World, where he claims to be Blanket Jackson’s father. He claims he was offered £500,000 ($1,000,000) by Michael for his precious “athletic” seed, but that he turned it down. I’m sure he turned down all payments for selling these stories too, what a guy. Matt claims it was Mark Lester who told Matt he was the father of Blanket in 2003. Matt says here he has no concrete evidence to prove he is the father and that Michael never told him that he was. He says that Michael only asked for his sperm after he heard that Matt was infertile (infertile men are always at the top of my list when it comes to sperm donors), and that Michael was only going to use this sperm to test it for Matt (so why claim he offered him money? Who pays someone to have their sperm tested for them? Was Michael hoping it would lead to an important cancer break through?). He’s suggesting here that Michael stole his sperm and used it himself. He claims he visited a hotel in London 3 times in March/April 2001 to have his sperm tested (yes, he seems to believe this is how it’s done) – Michael was not in London in April 2001. He says that he and Mark Lester are planning on launching a case for custody against the Jacksons if Katherine passes, so that they can have custody over Michael’s biological children.

- 26th September 2010 - Michael’s make up artist Karen Faye says of Matt on her twitter, “I am repulsed by this man. He has run to the tabloids since the moment I met him in 2002. Him and Uri Geller creep me out.”

 - 27th September 2010 - Sells his story to TMZ where he claims that he was forced to come forward because documents from his channel 4 lawsuit, which did not involve either Blanket or Michael, let alone any personal details relating to the Jacksons at all, revealed that he was the father. I wonder if it was those documents he was alleged to have forged himself? Keep this in mind, because at this point he is now claiming he has legal proof about this, while at the same time also stating that “as far as I am concerned, Michael Jackson is the father,” and that, “If anything happened to Mrs. Jackson, I think Tito Jackson and his sons would be best suited to look after Michael’s children.” He adds, “I don’t want to create a war with the Jacksons again about something so private.” That was a quick custody battle.

To prove that this is a matter he is being forced into, he generously supplies TMZ with a photo of himself as a child for them to compare against Blanket:

They asked their viewers if there was a resemblance to which they responded:

He also says,  “I’ve seen pictures of Blanket in a karate suit with a ponytail, which is the sort of thing Michael would do, he’s a joker, y’know, and things, and he likes to create things and create perfection.” It should be noted that Blanket Jackson was only seen wearing a karate outfit after Michael Jackson had passed away, so Michael had nothing to do with playing any practical jokes on anyone. Also should be noted that ponytail’s aren’t a genetic trait. Matt says, “And I’ve had to come clean to my friends when I realized the story was going to break so I lied to them and denied it to protect Michael’s privacy that I donated sperm.” He had to come clean so then he lied to them? Is he telling on himself here? And then finally, any reasons to make these claims? “I’ve got no reasons to make any claims on that.” What happened to the court docs? To Mark Lester telling him? To those 3 occasions where he jerked off into a cup for a doctor in a hotel room in London?

- 10th October 2010-  In a statement released on his own website, he once again asserts that he was forced to come forward because of court documents.

Which court case? Which documents? Which national paper? Alleged forged documents relating to him being a “fame seeking fantasist” in the Channel 4 case that didn’t involve Michael? Documents where he has petitioned for a DNA test? Does he realize what would be involved in such a petition? Strange that The News Of The World, TMZ or any other news site that he has spoken to of his own volition has ever mentioned, heard, or leaked these documents. It’s because these documents do not exist.

He says once again on words on his own website, “I have never said I am Blanket Jacksons father, nor has Michael told me this, the only person he confirmed it to is Mark Lester his best friend.” His defense for why Katherine said Michael did not know who he was is, “Sadly Katherine Jackson does not know the history between Michael and myself as was due to watch 90 mins of private footage of Michael and I supplied by my best friend Uri Geller. As bodyguards changed in 2001 and I first got to know her in 2008.” 90mins of Michael standing under your umbrella (eh eh eh) in 2002 sound riveting. Forget Kath, I’m sure if Michael had seen this footage he would have remembered who you were, too.

- 17th November 2010 - Matt Fiddes sells a story claiming that in 2 months (January 2011) he will be flying out to California to take a DNA test with Mark Lester in order to establish that they are the father’s of Michael’s biological children. This threat never materializes.

- 3rd December 2010 - Matt sells another story about Michael, this time claiming that the stress of putting himself forward as Blanket Jackson’s delusional father caused him to take an overdose of the same drugs Michael died from and that they were found in Michael’s body. Touching story, except Michael Jackson did not die from Soma tablets, none were found in his body or in his possession, and none has ever been associated with him. The most amusing aspect of this story is that he claims he was prescribed 5 of these tablets by a Michael Jackson doctor (naturally, I’m sure it’s the same one he jacked off to) in 2002 and he’d stored them 8 years before finally using them. Soma aka Carisoprodol has a shelf life of 2 years, so I’d be curious as to what effects a drug that had expired 6 years before could do to a person, but maybe Matt could share that with us sometime.

- 10th February 2012- Matt sends out a press release gushing about his new secret relationship with Z-list celeb Bianca Gascoigne. He claims once again that it was something they’d kept private but that it had been forced into the public domain. The papers were so amused by his press release, they released it on twitter.

He obsessively tweets about this relationship to “friends” and journalists for days, as well as obviously referencing his best friend Michael Jackson and the lesser I-haven’t-jizzed-in-a-cup-for-you-friends, Mark Lester and Uri Geller:

Throughout all this Bianca Gascoigne fails to acknowledge him once, although she did manage to tweet: “@BiancaGascoigne #TEAMSINGLE“

It seems their love affair of the ages has ended as Matt has removed “boyfriend to Bianca Gascoigne” on his twitter bio (yes, he really did this). I guess they both succumbed to the pressures of their legacies, but I do sure hope they still get together for that Christmas fitness DVD.

On his twitter he also said that he was selling a hat MJ had given him and donating the proceeds to charity, but then a few posts later says that the proceeds will go towards his own children:

- 15th April 2012 Matt is seen tweeting journalists and anchors over a story he wishes to sell about his “12 year” relationship with his “friend” Michael Jackson.

It’s amazing how 2 days spent carrying someone’s umbrella ten years ago can seem like a third of someone’s life.

- 18th April 2012 - Once again, Matt sells a story to the Daily Star claiming that he is Blanket’s father and is demanding a DNA test and visitation rights. He claims now that Michael had told him he was the father in 2002 after he had held Blanket over the balcony (an event to which Matt was not present for, except perhaps in spirit), “I sat there and asked the question: “Is Blanket my child?” He said: “He’s my child, Matt, but I used your sperm to produce him.”, I’ll requote his own words from News Of The World just 2 years earlier: “I never asked Michael if Blanket was mine and he never told me.” And again on his own website 2 years ago, “I have never said I am Blanket Jacksons father, nor has Michael told me this, the only person he confirmed it to is Mark Lester his best friend.”  He claims that he is going to fly out to LA in June to go ahead with all of this, and is now obsessively tweeting the Jackson family, including Michael’s children.

Matt then proceeds to tweet links to all articles referencing this story on his twitter:

Though, it doesn’t stop him from again keeping his young martial arts students updated about his love life right after that, on April 21st, claiming he is dating Moniqe Foxx, a South African model who coincidentally shares the same PR agent Matt does:

- 18th April 2012- Matt Fidde’s ex girlfriend, Carly Galliford, launches an attack on Matt on twitter, saying he admitted to lying about being Blanket’s father to her, and had referred to the scheme as a “money maker.”

Australia is where Matt first launched his media trip about this story in 2010.

Martin Hewlett responds and shares that he has also been physically and legally threatened by Matt:

Martin Hewlett is a Taekwondo instructor who Matt had directed his attention towards on the 22nd of June 2011, demanding a “no rules cage fight” between the two to settle their differences, even though he admits they don’t know each other:

Martin took that to mean “he wants to beat me up, a clear pre-meditated act of violence.” Which is an interesting position to take for Matt who advocates an anti-bullying campaign, NoMoreBull.

Also interesting are his denials of drug use, when he has previously admitted publicly in a story to having taken the muscle-relaxant Carisoprodol 6 months prior to this. Maybe one of the side effects of that expired drug is memory loss.

I highly anticipate this book and documentary starring him, I’m sure they’re working on the finishing touches right now.

- 21st April 2012 He reveals the reason why he felt this was something he could lie about, he believes that Michael’s children aren’t “black” enough to be his, and therefore he could exploit them as he likely believed nobody would be able to tell him any different. As well as now claiming that MJ was infertile:

That he thinks saying this is some kind of defense is pretty damning.

I guess Matt didn’t hear that Michael’s autopsy proved he was actively producing sperm at the time of his death:

The story that he was infertile came from an ex-boyfriend of Arnold Klein’s, Paul Gohranson, in a story he had sold before the autopsy was made public, proving him to be another liar too.

What’s most interesting about this, is that on the 19th of July 2009, Matt claimed Michael had spoken to him about freezing his sperm for future use. “Eventually when he realised these choices were not likely to be available to him in his own life time he did mention freezing his sperm. He liked the idea that in theory his ‘life force’ could be around for hundreds of years and be released at the flick of a switch.” As well as: “When and where he might have frozen his sperm only a chosen few would know.” Suggesting he is one of the chosen few with knowledge about this. No mention of fertility problems there.

Now Matt’s claiming to have “practically lived” with Michael for 10 years.

A couple of days spent holding his umbrella for free have turned into 10 years of practically living with him and nobody else in his life knowing about it. I wonder if he was the fan that Michael’s real bodyguards have said was caught living in Mike’s kitchen one time.

Is he saying that court proceedings are already under way which is why he’s speaking about it?

No court documents relating to this have ever been filed, there are no court reporters who have reported about this, it is only public because Matt has sold stories claiming this is happening when it is not. If there’s any doubt about how easy it is to sell a story on Jackson; Fiddes is it.

- 24th April 2012 - Daily Star reports on how world martial arts expert Matt has told them that he has had to hire a bodyguard after a mob of supposedly 50 fans showed up outside his door this weekend, forcing him inside. I would’ve called the police if some 50 odd people turned up outside my door and not The Daily Star, but perhaps that’s just me.

I also suggest he hire a full time bodyguard to restrain all the Daily Mail, News Of The World, TMZ, Daily Star and The Sun reporters who obviously camp outside his door all year for these intimate scoops he claims he does not leak himself and are the cause of such unwanted attention.

- 27th April 2012 - A user by the name of “Ladycowbag” releases these messages on twitter.  It seems that on April 1st of this year, Big Brother star Chanelle Hayes issued Matt Fiddes with a non harassment order by Westmidland Police. According to a message she sent Fiddes’ lawyer, she states that Matt had contacted her over the possibility of her working as the face of his ladies brand, on the agreement that she consent to acting as if they were a couple in public. She states that after the alleged abusive messages she has received, she is concerned over the safety of herself and her son, believing that he is not safe to be around children.

This is the abusive message she allegedly received from Matt, where he refers to her 2 year old son as “pig ugly”, threatens to “finish her for good” and says he will bring her to her “knees.”

If Matt does indeed attempt to seek any kind of custody, visitation, or just attempts to speak to Blanket via the Jacksons, I’m sure these alleged messages will be of concern to everyone involved.

- 29th April 2012 - Claiming he needs to finally get this off his chest, Matt Fiddes sells another story about his best friend Michael Jackson to The Sun. To begin with Matt alleges that Michael had met Whitney in 1991 where they had embarked on a 2 week love affair at Neverland but that Michael had been upset after finding out that she had already slept with his brother, Jermaine. Whitney was a guest as Michael was honored at the United Negro College Fund in 1988, so we know they at least met 3 years earlier. In fact in 1991 Whitney was already seeing Bobby Brown. In a book that he released last year Jermaine Jackson also revealed that he had confided in Michael about his affair with Whitney as it was happening, in 1984, so Michael had already known about their affair some 7 years earlier. This story of Matt’s is actually stolen from the story David Gest had relayed recently on how Whitney had said in his documentary “The Life of an Icon” that she had wanted to marry Michael, with David also saying that Michael had once confided in him that the two had shared a kiss; Matt used this as the basis of his story in order to embellish his own around it. Perhaps he believes building his lies around other people’s truths will make it seem more credible.

Matt claims to have been there to see Whitney and Michael embrace for the last time at the MSG shows in 2001; another event to which Matt is able to recount in vivid detail even though he was not there.

Matt claims Michael was “impotent” and “could not perform in bed” in his last few years because of years of prolonged drug use; according to the coroner Michael Jackson’s body was in better health than most 50 year olds and there was no evidence in his body of prolonged exposure to drugs. According to his real actual bodyguards – who don’t know who Fiddes is – he was seeing two women at the time of his death (another truth Fiddes has incorporated into his lies), both of whom he would meet in hotels for secret rendezvous, making it seem as though certain things were functioning just fine.

He then says, “His body was also filled with needle marks from the anaesthetic drip he was on that eventually killed him.” The autopsy results have been published, Michael’s body was not “filled” with needle marks, most of the ones on his body were there because of attempts to revive him after his death.

He claims, “I saw him wandering around half-naked a lot of times on tour as we grew closer and he was in a horrific state by the end.” Matt Fiddes has never been on tour with Michael Jackson.

He claims that Michael’s “nose was held on by tape after all the operations,” a fact the autopsy results do not back up; his nose was attached to his face at the time of his death and there is no evidence it was ever unattached.

And that, “He had a room in Neverland filled with hundreds of wigs and had begged doctors dozens of times for a hair transplant. Luckily they refused because they knew his bleached skin could not handle the operation,” Michael’s scalp could not have been “bleached” even if he had wanted it done; the fact is that Michael had vitiligo and the loss of hair he suffered was because of the scalp burn and because of his discoid lupus. He had had a balloon placed into his scalp over the course of the years in order to grow the scar tissue there out (this was unsuccessful), so surgery had already repeatedly taken place already on his scalp during the years with his lightened skin, with no complications because of the vitiligo.

Now Matt claims Michael Jackson was an anti-semite — at least for a brief period before he could be “deprogrammed” — claiming that Michael even fell out with his Uri Geller for two years over this. “Once I was sat beside Michael when we were driving to Uri’s house and he asked, ‘Matt, is Uri a Jew?’ “When I told him he was, Michael flew into a rage and ranted, ‘Turn the car round now — I’m not going to some motherf***ing Jew’s house’.”   Again: Michael and Uri Geller fell out in February 2003 because Uri had sold him on to Martin Bashir. Michael could not have been shocked by Uri being a Jew later on in their friendship as Michael had known Uri was a Jew when they had met, Michael was even best man at Uri’s Jewish wedding in 2001. Uri also introduced Michael to the Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, and they worked on a charity together and spoke for 2 years on tapes for a possible book on topics which included Judaism; with Michael speaking on how much he respected so many of their customs and speaking fondly over the Jewish tutor he’d had as a child, Rose Fine, who he’d credited with making him a passionate reader. In Michael’s library there was also the book, “The Rest Of Us” which speaks of how Jewish people managed to overcome great difficulties. It was reported that Michael had an interest in “Nazi” movies - these movies turned out to be “Hitler’s Children,” “Nazis: Of Pure Blood” – which are both anti-Nazi movies, another was a movie featuring Nazi Zombies. Michael had also married Debbie Rowe who was Jewish, which makes Michael’s own children half-Jewish, and was best friends with the Jewish convert Elizabeth Taylor. It seems Matt has based his story on that original tabloid regarding movie rentals, and like most of his efforts, he failed to look any deeper into it before he repeated it as his own story. Or perhaps this is the version of events that Uri and Matt wish to use to now explain as to why Michael cut Uri out of his life in 2003, instead of the reality.

He claims he is doing all of this to be “acknowledged as the real father” of Blanket Jackson. Yes, I’m sure Blanket and the Jacksons are just dying to hang out with you after this loving story to your impotent, bald, anti-semite and thankfully-dead-and-can’t-sue-me-for-my-endless-slander friend.

1st of May - Michael’s Rabbi friend, Shmuley Boteach angrily responds to Fiddes’ piece, calling the idea that Michael was a Nazi sympathizer an attempt at “character assassination”, “desecrates his memory” and is a “fabrication & lie.”

- 29th April 2012 - In the past Matt has tweeted Michael’s former assistant (from mid 1999-2003) Frank Cascio several times alleging that they were friends and had worked together with Michael:

29th April 2012 – While in South Africa, Matt Fiddes and his girlfriend (who conveniently shares the same PR agent) Moniqe Foxx sell stories about Michael Jackson and Blanket to the local papers, specifically on how Moniqe is willing to be the mother to “Wacko Jacko’s” son.

Sidenote : These newspaper clippings weren’t posted by fans, they were posted by Richard Curson on his twitter. Who is Richard? He is the agent that Moniqe and Matt conveniently happen to share.

Citypress quotes, “But he took a break from court battles last week and came to visit his girl,” - the only “custody battle” being fought anywhere is in the tabloids, not a courtroom, and considering the amount of press he has done over there, there’s been no break on that front at all. He claims he met his new girlfriend Moniqe when he was visiting South Africa in March of this year – quite a feat as he was not in South Africa in March.

A new twist to his story regarding how he donated his sperm: “I didn’t do it the natural way. I was under anaesthetic, and it was a painful experience when I gave my sperm cells.”

As we have previously quoted, he had originally claimed that he had donated sperm in a hotel room in London in three visits in 2001 – one occasion on which Michael was not even in the country at the time. Is he now claiming he was willing to go under anesthesia in a hotel room and this didn’t raise any concerns for him? Did he not ask for the name of the doctor, to sign a consent form, to keep any medical record of this? Did he ask the doctor if it was normal for them to do something like that in a hotel room? That perhaps he could’ve just done it the “ordinary” way? If he was under anesthetic then he would also not have experienced any pain, so that’s something which I would also be concerned about, because currently the whole scenario sounds like a story recounted by an alien abducteee victim on a late night cable channel, but these aren’t my testicles so perhaps this is something he does regularly.

6th May 2012 - In another The Sun hit piece, Matt Fiddes once again claims memories which he does not have by using other stories he has read in the tabloids about Michael, regurgitating them to the British tabloid for a fee.

LIE 1: Claiming now that Michael had ordered a hit on his brother Randy in 2005 – “By 2005 Michael had surrounded himself with Nation of Islam bodyguards and became paranoid to the point that he would bar family from coming into his home.  Things reached a head when Randy was trying to force his way past the bodyguards to speak to him in one of his rented homes. Michael ordered him to be shot dead. He was out of mind on drugs and luckily Randy was OK.”

Truth: This is a story stolen from Michael’s real bodyguards from 2007-2009 – the ones mentioned earlier who did not know who Matt Fiddes was - who said in an interview in 2010 that on one occasion Michael’s brother Randy had tried to visit with Michael, but the guards wouldn’t let him in so Randy had then crashed the security gate, which of course made the bodyguards draw out their weapons on him in response. This event did not happen in 2005, did not involve Nation of Islam guards, and the order to raise their weapons was not made by Michael.

LIE 2: Michael went shopping with Fiddes in London in order to buy a boa constrictor Michael could name Madonna, “Michael hated Madge so much because he saw her as his direct competition. He once stopped off to buy a boa constrictor snake when I was with him in London. He said, ‘I’m naming this after Madonna because she’s poison’.”

TRUTH: Michael did in fact have a snake called Madonna, but he had purchased this snake by at least 1993, as the snake was photographed in a Life magazine piece back then, and she was in fact an albino python, not a boa. Michael also said at the time that she was named so, “because she’s blond, but I didn’t name her that.”

How was Matt able to recall purchasing a snake that Michael owned long before they’d ever met?

LIE 3: Because Michael was now a Nazi sympathizer, he had a voodoo doll created to use against Steven Spielberg.

TRUTH: In fact, during the raid on Neverland in November 2003 they found Michael had a framed letter he had received from Steven Spielberg in his bedroom, because he respected the director so much:

5 hanging on the wall, or sitting on a — I’ll give
6 you some examples if you want. Did you see, for
7 instance, a letter from Steven Spielberg that was

No voodoo dolls were found.

This story of Matt’s is a regurgitation of something that Myung-Ho Lee, a former adviser to Michael had sold to the press while he was engaged in a lawsuit with him, a story that Vanity Fair and Maureen Orth subsequently stole as their own, and now Matt has claimed too. Neither regurgitation making it any more truthful, and in fact, just exposing how easy it is to perpetuate lies about Jackson.

LIE 4: Michael was obsessed with bleaching his skin “milky white”, and said, “Michael was a mess by the end of his life because of what he’d done to his skin. The most horrific thing he told me he’d done was bleach his genitals. He was in agony.  Some parts of his body like his legs and privates were still black because the bleach he used hadn’t worked there.”

TRUTH: Michael Jackson had vitiligo.

The creams he used were prescribed to him in 1990 by his dermatologist in order to even out the remainder of his skin, as his mother had said that he “didn’t want to look like a spotted cow,” a line Matt has stolen for himself. The coroner even confirmed that Michael Jackson had vitiligo, anyone who now claims otherwise is exposing their own ignorance.

His other stories are also stolen mish mashes – claims Michael dated Pamela Anderson were already known (though his story about Michael seeking to bed Pamela in 2008 is amusing because I thought Matt had said years of drug use had made Michael impotent?), and Michael’s porn wasn’t a secret after the court case in 2005 where all of it spent a week on parade.

6th May Matt calls The Sun piece a “fabrication” on his twitter, but then quickly deletes those tweets (perhaps he is rightly afraid the Sun could sue him for libel). But it’s okay Matt, we saved them for you.

I hope he didn’t just say that because this happens to be his last exclusive with The Sun and he can pretend he was some innocent victim to this, when he sought them out and pocketed their money of his own volition.

I for one am just certain that he won’t ever call the tabloids again after this, and most definitely never his pals at The Sun.

It’s not as if he has previously said this just a few weeks ago, on the 15th of April 2012:

Yet on that very same day was seen publicly seeking someone out to sell a story about Michael to:

Tim Vincent is currently working for Access Hollywood. Guess they weren’t interested?

Then 4 days later he’d claimed to someone that although he had been offered up to $250,000k to sell Michael out, that he had refused and that he would never dream of selling his mates out.

Then on the 19th claiming he doesn’t talk about his “time” with Michael anymore:

All this before selling stories about Michael and his son that are so vicious and nasty that even one of Michael’s ex-friends has called them “character assassination.”

I’m just certain this will be the last we’ll hear about Michael Jackson and Matt Fiddes for now, right? Perhaps with his money from The Sun he can finally become the “multi millionaire” he has always claimed to be and he will no longer need to rely on the hand outs the British tabloids give him in order to keep yet another Matt Fiddes business of his from being dissolved or going into liquidation.

- 9th May - The story from Matt about Michael having a “hit” on Randy is posted to TMZ, where they add, “None of Fiddes’ accusations have been corroborated. “ 

They also discuss Matt’s stories in their live show, where one of their guys Ryan says that Matt’s “word is so invalid it’s crazy”, Harvey says, “It sounds like BS to me,” and they say that the Jacksons refuse to comment on it because they don’t want to give Matt any more attention:

Harvey: We should talk about Michael Jackson because this is a big deal. There is a report out in The Sun – now I don’t know how true this report is, and it’s easy to do this when someone is dead but the report goes that a former bodyguard of Michael Jackson is claiming that Michael ordered members of his bodyguard team to shoot and kill his brother Randy Jackson, because Randy was being too heavy handed in creating a Jackson 5 Reunion tour. Do I have that report right, Ryan?
Ryan: Yes. Totally. But this guy, his word is so invalid it’s crazy, I mean he has made stuff up for a long time now trying to get his name out in the press. Stuff like last week he gave an interview where he said that Michael hated Madonna and used voodoo dolls and then he also said that he was Blanket’s father, and he sent us that comparison photo of him and Blanket. I mean this guy is…
Harvey: Oh wait a minute, that’s the same guy?
Ryan: Yeah, it’s the same guy.
Is this the same guy that said Michael Jackson is a Nazi sympathizer and was punching Steven Spielberg’s voodoo dolls and stuff?
Harvey: So he has a history of…
Ryan: …Crazy. And he sued Tito in 2008 because he said that when the Jacksons were coming to Ireland or something that they hired them for his services to protect them and then screwed him out of money and never gave him any money back. So he’s had a vendetta against this family for a long time now and his word is very invalid, so…
Harvey: It sounds like it’s BS but it’s getting some play and at least you should know about it. I’m not buying it.
Ryan:I talked to people connected to the family and I’m trying to get people in the family to respond but I’m getting dead ends everywhere because everyone is saying that they don’t even want to even give this guy the time of day. They’re saying that he’s such an invalid source of information and they don’t even want to give him the time of day, so that more people give interviews to him.
Harvey: Yeah, I understand that. I’m not buying it. I didn’t realize it was the same guy, but even if it wasn’t the same guy, it’s so easy to make claims like that when someone is dead. And especially for people who once lived in glory and now all of a sudden are obscure and really got a taste of that spotlight, which this guy did. It sounds like BS to me as well.

9th May 2012 - Randy Jackson’s spokesman responds to Matt’s allegations that Michael had hired a “hit” on him, saying that the story “couldn’t be further from the truth… it’s absolutely absurd,” and that Matt’s lies were a “non issue” that the Jackson family didn’t wish to seek legal action against because they didn’t want to give him any attention.

9th May 2012 - Rabbi Shmuley writes an entire piece assassinating Matt’s story that Michael was briefly a “Nazi sympathizer” or anti-Semitic. He is so angered by this allegation against Michael that he titles it, “The Revolting Lie That Michael Jackson Was a Nazi Sympathizer”. 

- June 2012 - This is when Matt has claimed he will fly out to LA with his “fiancee” and continue with his fictional “custody battle” and seek out this DNA test. Once again, nothing he says materializes; this supposed custody battle remains non-existent, he does not seek out a DNA test and he does not fly out to LA.

- 2nd July 2012 - After having proven himself a liar yet again with his threat of flying out to LA to demand a DNA test never materializing throughout the entirety of June, Matt once again ensures this is something he only has an interest in contending within gossip sites. He tells Rumorfix that he will definitely fly out to LA soon to get a DNA test – we’ll be here first to report this as it continues to never happen. He claims this still only became public because of non existent court documents for a non existent court case. He claims he is still in contact with some of Michael’s family – possibly through obsessive tweets he occasionally directs at them to which they do not respond, and makes up another fictional account of his time with Michael, this time involving a fantasy conversation he had with Michael about Elvis.

He also now claims that he was friends with Michael for 14 years. The last few months have seen this number increasing steadily – 10, 12, now 14. Of course, as always, as proof he only posts photos from that same brief week in 2002 when he held Michael’s umbrella and when Michael was shown being incapable of recalling Matt’s name.

For the umpteenth time: Fiddes did not know Jackson for longer than the 2-3 days he held his umbrella in the UK in 2002, this is the entire extent of his 14 year relationship with Jackson.

Though in fairness, he does say one truthful thing, Michael was “surrounded by idiots” as this specific pathological liar can attest.

- January 10th 2013 - After having previously forged documents relating to a court case against Channel 4 he had connected to the Jacksons in 2010, and then having lied and claimed a paternity court case existed in the United States over Blanket Jackson when it does not, Matt Fiddes has once again been caught acting fraudulently.

This time he admitted to issuing a bogus summons during his divorce. The charge occurred between January 26th and February 9th 2012, and the judge stated, “you falsely pretended to act under the authority of the court in that you caused to be delivered to Nigel Griffiths papers which falsely purported to be a summons of the county court, knowing it to be false.” He only admitted to the charge after he was told he would not be going to jail, and was instead told the maximum sentence given to him would be eight months jail suspended for two years and “some fines and costs”.

Other previous legal trouble includes a restraining orders issued by Big Brother star Channelle Hayes, and having been caught going 92mph on a 60mph motorway in February 2009, where he was given six penalty points on his license, ordered to pay a £500 fine, £60 court costs and £15 victim surcharge.

- May 6th- June 1st 2009 Klein and Pfeiffer go on vacation together with Klein’s other boyfriend.

- May 2009 Pfeiffer tweets to Klein during this month on his since deleted “JPSnaggs” twitter account (deleted after Pfeiffer and Klein sold their story about MJ) about how much he loves Klein and loves everything Klein has done for his life.

- June 30th 9.00am an “insider” circulates a story to TMZ that neither Michael or Debbie are the parents of Prince and Paris.

- June 30th 10:30am  the LAPD is reported to be interested in speaking to Dr Klein in connection to drugs he may have prescribed Michael.

- June 30th 1:22pm an “insider of Dr Klein’s” tells US Weekly that Arnold Klein is the father of Prince and Paris and that Debbie is not the mother.

- June 30, released a statement through his lawyer stating he was “aware of media reports” about the paternity but “because of patient confidentiality, Dr. Klein will make no statement on any reports or allegations.” Strange, considering all the other breaches of patient confidentiality he has made before and since.

- July 5th Klein is on a list of doctors who are sought in connection with Mr Jackson’s death

- July 7th, Two weeks after Michael’s death Arnold Klein’s “longtime partner” Stephen Price sells photos and a story to US Weekly about how he, Carrie Fisher and Klein spent Michael’s last Christmas Eve together. Carrie Fisher is a long time friend of Arnold Klein’s and she refuted allegations that MJ would use a sperm donor.

- July 8th Dr Klein is on a list of doctors the LAPD are seeking in connection with Michael’s death.

- July 8th on Good Morning America states “to the best of his knowledge he is not the father” of Michael’s children. Also denies ever prescribing Michael powerful painkillers.

- July 8 on Larry King says says he couldn’t be certain about paternity because he claims he had once donated to a sperm bank and says that he’d be willing to take a DNA test. Suffering from Multiple Sclerosis and also being gay (gay sperm donors being treated the way gay blood donors are), it would be impossible or incredibly unethical for him to have ever donated to any sperm bank. Also says during this interview that he believes Debbie and Michael had sex.

- July 10 Arnold Klein’s records are subpoenaed by the coroner.

- July 14th Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter visits Klein’s office to obtain Jackson’s medical records because Dr. Klein was not fully cooperating with their original request for documents. He had previously only given partial documentation from March 2009 onwards.

- July 15th Arnold Klein’s ex-boyfriend Paul Gohranson sells a story to Radaronline to claim that Arnold Klein is the father of Prince and Paris. Background info on Gohranson: Has had complaints filed against him for bad cheques, was fined for being an unlicensed massage practitioner, and plead guilty to beating his children and sexually molesting his 3 year old daughter.

- July 17th Arnold Klein’s ex-boyfriend Paul Gohranson sells another story to the National Enquirer claimingthat Arnold Klein is Prince and Paris’ father because Michael was “sterile” and “impotent” because his “testicles were forever deformed” from physical abuse from Joe Jackson as a child and young adult. His autopsy report, released February 8 2010, not only showed no damage to his testicles or groin but that he was actively producing sperm at the time of his death. 

- July 17 Klein releases a statement on his blog again denying involvement in Michael’s death.

- July 22 Hoefflin sends Klein an email stating that he believes using Klein’s own words and actions that Klein is responsible for, amongst other things, administering propofol to MJ in his office and contributing towards Michael’s death.

- July 24 reported in the news that Klein had performed “acne” procedure on MJ in a Gyno office in 2003 involving an anaesthesiologist.

- July 24 Klein’s lawyer Boyer responds to Hoefflin’s email and instructs Hoefflin to cease publishing anymore unfactual statements but nowhere in the email does Boyer specify which statements are inaccurate.

- July 27 Debbie Rowe is seen at the same Beverly Hills clinic that Klein works at. She is said to be accompanying a friend on a visit to Dr Rish who works in the same building.

- August 1 Landlord gives Klein another 5 days to come up with rent money for his clinic after failing to pay July’s rent totaling $28,515.69.

- August 3 Klein has family law specialists appear on his behalf to ask the Court to allow him to have an opportunity to present evidence to the Court for its consideration in fashioning an appropriate guardianship order with specific protection and supervision in areas relating to Prince and Paris.

- August 4 Arnold Klein bans Debbie Rowe from visiting the clinic where he works while he is present.

- August 6 Judge shuts down Klein’s attempt to insert himself into their guardianship order because he has absolutely no basis. Klein’s lawyer states he’ll file legal paperwork again at the beginning of September.

- August 6 This is also the date that a court issues a lawsuit against Klein for failing to pay rent for his clinic.

- August 6 Debbie Rowe again visits the same Beverly Hills clinic where Klein works and confirms that Klein had threatened to call the police if he saw her there again.

- August 10 Bank of America cites this as the date that Klein fails to make any payments of a $456,234. 85 debt that he has with them.

- August 10 Klein comes up with the $28,515.69 July rent money for his clinic and his landlord drops his lawsuit.

- August 14th Less than 2 months after Michael’s death, Klein and his friend and colleague Jason Pfeiffer sell a story to an Australian tabloid Women’s Day announcing that Jason was Michael’s last lover and that although Michael denied being gay many many many times he would have been thrilled with the two of them announcing his sexuality to all of Australia. As this story is printed in the August 17th issue and they have photographs they took themselves of Pfeiffer, they must have spoken and sold the story at least a week or two earlier. This means almost immediately after Jackson’s death they were seeking money and attention from this story.

- August 21, According to the warrant and affidavit for last Friday’s raid on Mickey Fine Pharmacy in Beverly Hills, Calif. investigators were searching for records of medication Klein possibly prescribed to himself then gave to Jackson or others.

- August 26th Dr Steven Hoefflin tells The Sun that he believes that Klein was the doctor who taught Murray how to administer propofol.

-August 27 reports that an anonymous female called police to report that Klein had provided medication for Michael under aliases, female reported to be Debbie Rowe.

- August 27 Klein’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan tells US Magazine that “There was a possibility that the two older kids could be biologically linked to Dr. Klein. And Dr. Klein was well aware.” However at this point the lawyer also states that Klein will not take a DNA test, changing Klein’s earlier stance, and again offers no proof or anything for his claims and allegations.

- August 27 Klein’s attorney states that Klein has decided against petitioning the court for any specific guardianship orders regarding Prince and Paris.

- September 14th Arnold Klein issues a lawsuit against Dr Hoefflin for his comments.

- September 18th Dr Hoefflin counters Klein saying that he has enough evidence to put some of Michael’s doctors into prison and says that Dr. Arnold Klein and his attorneys are “attempting to prevent me from discussing incriminating evidence that I possess on Dr. Klein.”

- This lawsuit concludes November 10th 2010, in favour of Hoefflin with Klein being ordered to pay his attorney’s fees.

- October after his Extra interview had aired on April 1 2010 Jason Pfeiffer claims this interview was actually filmed eight months ago which would be sometime this month. He does not say why it was not broadcast at this time.

- October 3 spends over $6000 hosting a “Heal The Skin” lecture in memory of Michael Jackson. Posters for the event include photos of Michael holding Blanket over the balcony and Michael’s 2003 mugshot.

- October 26 Klein files a creditor’s claim against the Michael Jackson’s Estate claiming that he is owed $42, 522 89 for 179 medical procedures performed between March 23 through June 22 2009.

- October 29 releases a press letter regarding his creditor claim stating that he believes his work on Michael is partially responsible for the success of “This Is It.” He ends by saying a “portion” of any money received from the estate will be donated to a HIV charity.

-November 1 Arnold Klein and Jason Pfeiffer talk to TMZ’s Harvey Levin for 3 hours at his home.

-November 3 Klein and Pfeiffer are scheduled to appear on TMZ Live with Harvey and go over everything they had discussed with him on the 1st, but Klein’s criminal lawyer puts a stop to it. Harvey recounts everything Klein told him in these 3 hours, but chooses not to recount Pfeiffer’s alleged relationship with Michael. Amongst other things he makes absurd claims about how MJ loved peeing in front of people and that it was Debbie  who leaked to  people that Klein was the father of the children.

- November 5, Arnold Klein gives a 90mn interview to TMZ about Michael.

- November 6 Klein’s interview with Harvey on TMZ is broadcast. Discusses paternity, again states he bizarrely believes Debbie is the source of those stories (obviously an attempt to make them seem credible), talks about Jackson’s family, peeing in cups, plastic surgery, drug addictions.

-November 9 Jackie Jackson responds to Klein’s statement that MJ loved peeing in front of people, saying that it’s “absurd.”

- November 9 Hoefflin says Klein broke the law by violating the HIPPA by discussing information relating to Michael’s health and that he should not have been repeatedly injecting a known addict with Demerol, saying most dermatologists use a topical or a nerve blocker and not a narcotic.

- December 18 Bruce Ayers, who worked for three years as Dr. Klein’s research assistant and confidant who had a history of drug abuse, was found dead on a sidewalk in Los Angeles. Klein discloses Ayers drug abuse from his pharmacy to TMZ.

February 20 2010 Klein files another claim against estate over $10,000 Gianfranco Ferre jacket he loaned to Michael.

- April 1 Klein puts a Chevrolet SSR Roadster for sale on ebay, estimating it’s value at $31,000 and uses the fact that he claims Michael has ridden inside of it as a selling point. Makes note of how  “on Halloween in 2008 Michael and a close associate drove around my neighborhood of Hancock Park” in it. Strange how involved Klein is with pushing this Pfeiffer story. I wonder if either of these two bodyguards remembers Pfeiffer giving Michael a lift in it on Halloween? Only reported being seen at Klein’s clinic on October 27th 2008.

- April 29- Extra airs their Jason Pfeiffer interview with comments from Klein, reported on Extra by Klein’s “close friend” Alicia Jacobs.

- April 30- Michael’s bodyguards from 2007-2009 dispute the alleged relationship between Pfeiffer and Michael, saying “To all my MJ FB fans, Please dont feed into that Garbage about some idiot claiming to be MJ’s Gay lover, due to my confidentiality in writing a book I can only say this; Michael Jackson was a MAN! He was more of a MAN than that IDIOT can ever be. Dont waste your time being angry or upset, the media was not MJ’s friend when he was alive, dont expect them to be his friend now.”

- April 30- The second part of the Extra interview with Pfeiffer is not aired.

- May 1 Karen Faye says that the reason the Extra interview was dropped was because Debbie Rowe contacted the estate and the estate contacted Howard Weitzman.

- May 1 Klein calls Harvey Levin on TMZ Live in order to support the Pfeiffer/Michael relationship.

- May 3 Joe Jackson counters Klein and says that Michael was not gay and that Klein has no respect for Michael.

- May 3 Jermaine Jackson counters Klein’s comments about Michael’s sexuality saying that Klein is full of shit, his brother was straight and telling Klein to “fuck” himself.

- May 9 LaToya Jackson says that Klein and Pfeiffer are lying about the alleged affair.

- May 13 Elizabeth Taylor responds to Klein on twitter regarding the Pfeiffer/Michael relationship and suggests that God have mercy on his soul for everything he has been saying about Michael.

- May 16 reported that Prince and Paris have banned Klein from their lives after learning about Klein’s involvement in the Jason Pfeiffer story. Fans who have since chatted to them on AIM have confirmed that Prince and Paris wish to have nothing to do with Klein after the comments he has made about their father.

- May 18 Bank of America issues a lawsuit to Klein over $937,381.20, based on Klein’s failure and and refusal to pay the principal sum of $456,234. 85 from the date August 10 2009.

- July 28 7 of Michael Jackson’s doctors will not face criminal charges, including Dr Klein. Although one doctor whose name was not released has been referred to the California Medical Board for prescribing drugs to a Jackson alias, she said. Klein had prescribed Jackson the muscle relaxer, Tizanidine, under the alias “Omar Arnold.”

- September 16 Murray challenges Joe Jackson’s lawsuit against him by asking why Klein is also not listed as a defendant. Murray says “AEG Live, LLC read Michael Jackson the proverbial ‘riot act’ to get him to stop subjecting himself to overmedication by Dr. Arnold Klein. The plaintiff [Joe Jackson] does not explain why, given these allegations, Dr. Arnold Klein is not a required party to be added to accord proper relief.”

- 1 November House fire at Dr Klein’s house causes $200,000 worth of damage. Ruled accidental.

- November This is around when Klein claims Pfeiffer revealed or that he found out that the affair between Pfeiffer/MJ was made up.

- 20 January 2011 Klein files for bankruptcy stating he owes creditors $3,500,000. According to his details on Spokeo.com, this was the amount he was earning annually previously.

- 22 March It is revealed that although having filed for bankruptcy and initially claiming to only have between $0-50,000 in assets, Klein has assests worth $7,563,600.

- 30 March 2011- Klein finally admits on his facebook that the Pfeiffer relationship claim was “made up” and “ridiculous” and says he has no reason to believe Michael Jackson was gay. He claims Pfeiffer only told him 6 months ago that it was a lie and that Extra’s Alicia Jacobs and Pfeiffer’s friend Paul Camuso helped push/make up the story.

- 6 April 2011 Klein claims his ex-manager embezzled $3.2 million from his accounts leaving him bankrupt. It seems the manager he is talking about is Jason Pfeiffer.

- 22 Sept 2011 Klein defends himself in an interview with AP against his name being used in the Conrad Murray trial, says that he is writing a book about Michael and that now, contrary to all his contradictory claims in the past, Michael “wasn’t adult enough to be sexual.”

- 28  October Klein gives an interview to Extra saying that Michael was “not a drug addict” and then creepily volunteers this over the paternity claims still directed at him: “I’ll tell you this… His son [Prince] is very handsome.”

- 30 October Klein claims the leaked creditor’s claim he had made against Michael’s estate in 2009 which revealed details of Michael’s treatments was released without his permission and that he had not intended to seek payment from Michael’s estate. Klein blames this on his attorney’s, on Jason Pfeiffer, on his accountant Khilji and on AEG. No mention if the press statement he released after his creditor’s claim alleging he was partially responsible for the success of TII and deserved to be compensated as such, or the $10,000 creditors claim he later demanded over the Gianfranco Ferre jacket was also produced by these people. It seems his issue is that this creditor’s statement reveals the extent of Demerol that Klein had used on Jackson, and therefore makes him seem liable in fueling any addiction problems Jackson may have suffered over the years, especially in light of the AEG lawsuit and the Murray trial.

- June 30, Klein released a statement through his lawyer stating he was “aware of media reports” about the paternity but “because of patient confidentiality, Dr. Klein will make no statement on any reports or allegations.”

… but that didn’t seem to stop him from discussing all of this about his patient publicly.

We’re back with Dr. Arnie Klein. How did the story, you think, surface about you and fatherhood? Where did that come from?

KLEIN: I don’t have any idea whether it came from Debbie Rowe, I have no idea.

Larry didn’t ask if it came from Debbie Rowe, it has never been reported anywhere that they had come from Debbie, so why did Klein respond as if he had? But Klein seemed keen to publicly connect Debbie with them.

KING: Could it have come from Debbie Rowe?

KLEIN: Absolutely.

KING: Do you think she said something about it?

KLEIN: I don’t know that, but all I told her was this. I want you to get active and be the mother, if she is the mother, of these children.

If? Interesting considering the original allegations were that neither Debbie or Michael were the biological parents.

This is interesting because so far these have been some of the sources for the stories about Arnold being the biological father:

June 30 US Weekly says “an insider of” Dr Klein’s told them that Klein was the father and that Debbie was not the mother. A week later they also interview Stephen Price, Klein’s longterm boyfriend, who says “no comment” about whether Klein is the father.

Same day, June 30 Klein’s lawyer releases a statement and says he is aware of reports but can’t confirm due to patient confidentiality.

July 8 On Larry King Arnold himself says he’d be willing to take a DNA test, says he did donate sperm in the past to a clinic.

July 15 and 17 Klein’s ex-boyfriend Paul Gohranson sells stories to Radaronline and Enquirer to say that Klein is the father of Michael’s 3 children, claims Klein told him this himself.

August 3, August 6, Klein tries to submit legal papers through a family lawyer to impose himself on Michael’s children’s guardianship orders, specifically regarding Prince and Paris.

August 27 Klein’s lawyer says that Klein is “well aware” he could be the father of Prince and Paris. This is also the same day that Klein withdraws his attempts at inserting himself into the guardianship of Prince and Paris.

And it seems apparent from his words and actions that this was not a rumour he was pushing away, his behaviour in fact contributed to this story gaining an almost official aura about it, where magazines started reporting this as though Klein himself had confirmed this.

In fact, by using Debbie’s name it almost seems as if he wanted to give the rumour extra credibility, Debbie would know who the father was, so if she was the one spreading these stories then these stories must be true… right?

And as you can see in the Larry King interview, nobody asks him if Debbie spread these stories, he is the first and only one to make that association.

He claims he donated sperm to a clinic, never donated it personally to Michael – yet he insinuates he could be the father, was he trying to suggest that he and Debbie had had sex?

So, to begin with, whose car was it? And also, this occurred over Halloween? Mike visited Klein on October 27th and can be seen leaving with bodyguards who also acted as drivers, so did he also visit October 31st without bodyguards? If you can see in the above collage of Michael visiting Klein’s office he was always accompanied by bodyguards and drivers.

Anyway, remember this date: Halloween 2008 is when he claims this relationship began, which would mean they’d been dating for at least 8 months when Michael died.

According to Jason, the romance began over the phone and progressed with a number of discreet meetings, after Michael had asked Jason to give him a ride home.

So the ride in the car in October happened after they’d romanced each other on the phone. Definitely at least eight months together then.

So they hit it off the first time they met together, what about the romantic phone calls? And it was only after several months that their feelings progressed? But Michael only returned to LA from Las Vegas in October 2008, so what happened to the October romantic car “date” where they had to stay away from nosey minders?

“We were talking about our childhoods and he was relating different stories about, um, what happened when he was a kid. I remember we were sitting there and we both started to cry. And, uh, I got up and went over to him and I said, you know, “it’s going to be okay, Michael.” We hugged. And, uh, it was kind of then that the hug was kind of a little bit more.”

When did this hug happen? I thought their romance began over the phone and their first date was in Klein/Pfeiffer’s car, right? So there were many times when this romance began.

And, Klein says, as far as he knows, Jason’s alleged two-month relationship is the only gay relationship Jackson ever had.

So now the relationship was only 2 months long? May-June 2009? What happened to the romantic phone calls in 2008 and the romantic car drive and the “a little bit more” hug?

Interesting that Michael was an openly gay man with only one 2 month long gay relationship that Pfeiffer says that he and Michael tried to keep quiet from “nosey” minders. So much for being open.

Harvey quoting both of them: “They were out of town for a month before [June].”

That means they were out of town in May, which we know is true because Klein’s creditor claim against Michael’s estate shows that Michael’s last treatment there in May was on the 6th and then he used another doctor until Klein/Pfeiffer presumably returned on the 1st of June.

So Pfeiffer and Michael had a 2 month relationship and it seems Pfeiffer was on vacation with a man he professed his to on twitter for about 3 of those weeks, giving them about 4 potential weeks together. It seems these 2 months were an incredibly stressful period for Michael: the start of May he’d already been rehearsing a month for This Is It his first tour since 1998, was so stressed out he was hiring a cardiologist to anesthetize him in order to sleep and he was also starting out his first and only fledgling gay relationship with his soul mate that he had to keep private but was also open about.

And Klein and Pfeiffer were both out of town together for 3 weeks? Where did they go together? Hope it was somewhere nice. It turns out they were both out of town with Klein’s other boyfriend; how intimate.

I’m wondering if this change of timelines from the August and October interview and from them speaking to TMZ again in May 2010 had anything to do with 3 of Michael’s bodyguards who’d worked with him until the beginning of 2009 coming forward on March 8th 2010 saying that Michael had had relationships with at least 2 women during their time with him and that he was firmly heterosexual. Paris has since confirmed Jackson was seeing a woman when he died, and that she and the children had met her.

Could these be the same “nosey” minders he remembers having to keep their openly gay yet secretive relationship away from? (The Bodyguards incidentally were not paid for their television appearance on GMA.) Or obviously, just the “minders” he knew would call BS on the story when it came out?

Also, why doesn’t he talk about how he and his friend Klein and Klein’s boyfriend Stephen Price and their mutual friend Carrie Fisher spent Christmas Eve 2008 over at Michael’s home? Is it because possibly someone like Carrie Fisher could say that she saw nothing romantic going on between Pfeiffer and Michael at this time which would throw a wet blanket over the idea of them having a first romantic christmas together? She states in her book that Klein’s friends acted like fans around Michael, trying to get any “shine” from being around him that they could, and not the way you would around someone you were even friends with. Interesting considering it’s the only photograph the two have of each other. But I sure hope it wouldn’t be something like that, considering Michael was an openly out gay man who was making it obvious even in front of Klein that he had feelings for someone like Pfeiffer.

- Amusingly Pfeiffer tried to post another photo of the two of them together, but it turned out this photo had been photoshopped, and he quickly took it down.

They mention this in order to say that they both saw MJ looking great here physically. They both seem very uncertain as to MJ’s physical state later than this; so into their 2 week relationship (1st week of May, 1st week of June after Pfeiffer’s return), Pfeiffer didn’t see MJ unclothed at any other point. That’s some burning “sexual” “sensual” “passionate” relationship there.

You posed for photographs for Women’s Day magazine less than two months after your soul mate died. There were no rumours, no National Enquirer explosive reveals; your interview with Women’s Day was the first mention of this story and then Klein and yourself sitting down with Harvey Levin was when you mentioned it again and this interview supposedly occurred before that too. Also in that time period you were tweeting a happy birthday to Michael on August 30 (I guess you forgot your soul mate’s birthday was actually August 29, but it’s not as if people were throwing street parties about it or anything) which Klein retweeted, Klein also mentioned it in his Ebay ad April 1 2010 and then you both contacted TMZ about it on May 2 2010.

But obviously you had no choice in any of that happening.

Dr. Klein tells “Extra” he personally witnessed Jackson and Pfeiffer together when he once walked in on them, Jackson allegedly shirtless. “When you see two people looking at each other you know what’s happening. I was just very happy for both of them.”

The next day, Klien called into TMZ live in support of Pfeiffer’s claim, reiterating Michael was gay and Pfeiffer was ‘the love of his life.’

Again, I’m just glad that Klein seems so available to comment on this matter. It’s what I’d want my doctor to do. I wonder when in the 3 weeks Klein/MJ were really together that Michael shared this information with Klein.

3 November 2009 Klein and Pfeiffer wanted to do a joint interview with Harvey Levin

“His assistant, I believe office manager, Jason, and Jason was going to drive [Klein], Jason was going to accompany him here at around 1pm Pacific Time. And I actually spoke to Jason at around 12:15pm and took his lunch order for Arnie Klein and for him and for a couple of other people he said were coming. So we got a call at 1pm saying it’s off and they wouldn’t explain why. Jason wouldn’t come to the phone, Dr Klein wouldn’t come to the phone.”

This is when they both first told Harvey about Pfeiffer’s relationship with Michael. Harvey wouldn’t report it at the time and didn’t mention it until the Extra interview in May 2 2010. Why not…?

Both Klien and Pfeiffer have claimed Michael made no attempt to hide his sexuality. When TMZ pointed out on Saturday that their claim is not supported by facts Klein stonewalled: “Michael was not ashamed of his sexuality.”

… Because Harvey says their claim is not supported by facts? Interesting, Harvey.

And he wasn’t ashamed of his sexuality, which is why he denied being gay in 1977 twice, in 1984, in 1996, in 2002… etc, as well as making sure he even kept his openly gay relationship a secret from both yourself for a while and from his minders.

Before who noticed? I thought that Michael was an openly out bisexual/gay man, why would he need to date you in secret and not get caught with you? And he’s talking about this big romantic date from October 2008 which has no proof of having occurred – so that was the only time they’d ever spent together, and it was before their 2 month affair? Okay.

Interestingly, Klein added that his claim was meant to shoot down rumors that Jackson was a pedophile.

I don’t even know why this comment should even have to have been made at all; why would Michael’s relationship with a gay man or a woman have any bearing on him also being a pedophile? It sounds as if what he wanted to do was defend the idea about why he was talking about it publicly so much and felt this was a good enough reason to justify it; what he was really doing was shooting down rumors about Michael being a pedophile, this is a positive thing Klein was doing for Michael. Saying Michael Jackson spent his life lying about his sexuality is a positive thing, selling stories about a dead man that have so disturbed his family they’ve banned him from their lives is a good thing.

I’m intrigued by this missing context. Pfeiffer said he was Michael’s boyfriend, that he and Michael were passionate and sexual and sensual and soul mates. What could frame these statements to change any of their meaning? The truth about how it’s a big lie created to sell stories?

Then Pfeiffer and Klein’s friend Paul Camuso said he’d do another interview with Pfeiffer and post it on youtube, he says:

“The hatred is based on what fans believe Jason said in an edited version. Why not let the true story out?”

This interview also didn’t air for unknown reasons and the story has since been dropped by all involved. But I’m still interested in the edited/missing context within that interview. Was the Women’s Day interview and everything Klein said in May also missing context? Maybe one day one of them will be forced into writing a book (Pfeiffer has suggested he wanted to write one; just not discussing his sex life, because it’s non existent) or staging more interviews and posing for photographers and calling Harvey Levin and calling other journalist friends for interviews and will share this information with all of us, I’m sure.

On his facebook, March 30 2011, Klein says:

He responded:

because Extra is a piece of crap. Alicia Jacobs from LV did an interview of Jason and Me. She sold only the piece about Jason to Extra. Only found out Jason made up the tale 6 months ago.

Allegations about me teaching Murray to give Propofol (i never used it without an anestheologist) or Jason being Michael Jackson’s lover are ridiculous. That story was made up by Paul Camuso who will admit to it.

So all the deductive and obvious reasoning was right, but it’s nice that Klein finally admits to the truth about it, though he still has not admitted to his own role, and why they believed this absurd story would be believed in the first place, or why they sold it. Desperation for money? To detract attention from the sudden interest in his medical practice?

Pfeiffer has since gone on to accuse Klein of a whole host of things, seemingly after going through a truly bad break up with him, after all Klein had been his real lover, and still obsesses over Klein. Perhaps if he also admitted to the truth and his role in selling stories about Jackson he could finally move on with his life; Jackson’s children can only hope so.

- Arnold Klein’s lawsuit against Hoefflin ended in November 2010 in favour of Hoefflin with Klein having to pay his attorney’s fees.

Hoefflin sends a letter to Klein stating these things about Klein based on Michael’s medical records and on an investigation Hoefflin was undertaking into Michael’s death on behalf of the Katherine Jackson

Klein’s lawyer responds stating that the letter is false and that Hoefflin shouldn’t continue publishing these unfactual statements, but nowhere does his lawyer state which things Hoefflin has said are false and no where did he attempt to demonstrate how any of what Hoefflin said was false.

Hoefflin challenged Klein to meet with him and discuss Michael’s medical records and other information Hoefflin had with regards to Michael’s medical history; Klein declined.

It’s deemed that Klein did seek the media to influence the controversy over MJ’s death, I’d assume with comments such as this:

Klein said that although Jackson did not confide to him a complete list of medications he was taking, he did have a talk about dangerous prescription drugs with the King of Pop many years ago.

In the days before OxyContin was available, Klein said Jackson requested an older painkiller that was more potent that even morphine.

“I said, ‘You can’t take that. It’s poison. Throw that in the trash,’” Klein said. “And I got him to throw it in the toilet.”

“But I can’t be there every minute,” he said. “I wish I could have been there every minute of the day.”

Klein said he had sedated Jackson in the past but only with mild drugs during painful treatments.

“There was nothing wrong with the manner I treated Michael, because what I had to do is restructure for an individual who had lupus, who had terrible acne scarring his face,” he said. “But I was not one of the doctors who participated in giving him overdoses of drugs or too much of anything. In fact, I was the one who limited everything, who stopped everything.”

It’s interesting that Hoefflin’s comments to The Sun were not for monetary gain, I’d be interested in finding out if any of Klein’s numerous comments to many news media stations were also unpaid.

Hoefflin has information to back up what he has said; Klein does not counter anything to refute this.

Summary of Shmuley’s Relationship With Michael Jackson

- Stole $259,432 from a charity that was part of Michael’s Heal The World Foundation

Michael Jackson’s Rabbi Had To Re-Pay UK Charity; Cambridge Society Disavows Him

Michael Jackson’s rabbi friend Shmuley Boteach, a publicity hungry clergyman who’s made a name for himself writing books like Kosher Sex, left England not a moment too soon.

Boteach and his wife, Debbie, were forced to repay the L’Chaim Society of Oxford University about $250,000 after an investigation by the charity’s trustees and the British Charity Commission, a government organization.

On Tuesday, Rabbi Boteach denied to me in front of witnesses at Court TV that he’d ever had to make restitution to the charity.

Shmuley, as he likes to be called, inveigled himself into the U.S. press when he emerged as Michael Jackson’s counsel and adviser last November.

Yesterday I spoke with a former assistant to Boteach in Oxford, England who knew the ins and outs of the now defunct L’Chaim Society. She said, “He was run out of town, in the old sense of the word.”

Valerie Harris says that during Boteach’s reign at the L’Chaim Society he and his wife Debbie lived in two large houses, one in Oxford and the other in London. The houses, she said, “were beautiful.” One of them was estimated in reports to be worth more than half million dollars. Harris says the Boteachs sold their Oxford home for an estimated 450,000 pounds British sterling.

“A guru friend of mine said recently, If you’re daft enough to give me your money, I’ll take it,” laughed Mrs. Harris. “That was Shmuley.”

Mrs. Harris also added that on many occasions Rabbi Boteach was known to take expensive vacations including ski trips to Switzerland. “He used to say he was going there to fund-raise. All his trips he said were about fund-raising.”

Switzerland by coincidence is the home of Marc Rich, former U.S. fugitive.

Rich’s close friend, U.S.-based Jewish philanthropist Michael Steinhardt, funds Boteach’s operation in New York and provides him with free office space. Last fall, it was Steinhardt who helped broker the deal to bring Boteach and Jackson to Denise Rich’s Angel Ball at the Marriott Marquis Hotel, the same ball at which Denise Rich famously gave Bill Clinton his new saxophone. Steinhardt was also responsible for helping put on the Carnegie Hall event.

Boteach, in my talks, or rather confrontations with him, on Tuesday, proves one thing. He can out-talk anyone and does so in such an annoying way that you’re apt to just throw up your hands and walk away from him.

He has an answer for everything. For example: He boldly claimed that the L’Chaim Society was still in business in Cambridge. “They’re the same organization as yours?” I asked. “The same!” he yelled.

However, the director of the L’Chaim Society of Cambridge, told me yesterday Boteach “has nothing to do with us whatsoever and we are considering a name change to stop the confusion.” Maccabee Avishur told me: “We haven’t heard from him in a year and a half. He makes no donations to us. When he was here with Michael Jackson, we didn’t hear anything from him. We have nothing to do with him.”

Boteach is also said by former friends of his in the town of Oxford to have left town quite suddenly, surprising them. Said Donald Silk, who knew Boteach for the decade he was there, “We loved and trusted him and he broke that trust. He threw over the job for a handful of silver.”

Michael Jackson’s Charity Woes

And speaking of Jackson, at last we have some answers about what happened to the infamous charity started in the fall of 2000 by the King of Pop and Shmuley Boteach (pronounced Boh-tay-ach).

The charity, called Time for Kids, was supposed to be part of Jackson’s Heal the World Foundation. But, as this column reported Feb. 18, Heal the World had been almost completely shut down at the same time Jackson was announcing this new effort with Boteach. Jackson’s personal accountant, Barry Siegel, wasn’t even sure the charity still existed.

Now, the 2000 IRS filings for Boteach’s Oxford L’Chaim Society have been made available by guidestar.org, and they tell an interesting story.

The filing was signed on Sept. 26, 2001, by Deborah Boteach, Shmuley’s wife and the mother of his seven children. It was received by the IRS on Oct. 22, 2001, indicating it includes the money raised by Jackson and Boteach at an event at Carnegie Hall on Feb. 14, 2001.

That event, a panel on child welfare that included TV talk show host Chuck Woolery and lawyer to the stars Johnnie Cochran, was supposed to be raising money for the Jackson/Boteach charity.

But the subsequent tax filing shows no money was given to children or any charitable causes at all. What it does show is a total of $203,185 collected from direct public support. At the same time, the charity’s expenses totaled $259,432. All but $20,000 of that was spent on staff salaries and office expenses.

Listed on the IRS filing are an organization president, secretary and treasurer. The latter two, this reporter discovered after making some calls, are Boteach’s sister and mother. The sister, Ateret Diveroli, repeated exactly what the mother had: “I’m not part of that anymore.”

Mrs. Diveroli insisted to me that her brother was “very honest” and had stopped working with Michael Jackson “because nothing was happening. He wasn’t doing anything.”

Nevertheless, Mrs. Diveroli could not explain what the Oxford L’Chaim Society was supposed to be doing with their tax-free bundle of money.

From the Heal the World Foundation Web site: What is Heal the Kids? “Heal the Kids is the latest charitable initiative of Michael Jackson. It is dedicated to promoting nurturing relationships between adults and children, and to fostering programs that help children gain the love, attention and quality time they need to prosper and flourish.”

Boteach had a good time with the money collected from sympathetic contributors. He lists $19,028 for “promotional” costs, and another $13,480 on unspecified “outside services.”

The main difference between the 1999 filing and this new one is that at least in the previous instance, Boteach claimed to send money to the real L’Chaim Society in Oxford, Cambridge, U.K. Not only are no charitable donations listed this time, but Boteach also failed even to fill in the line on the form explaining the purpose of his charity.

Boteach does list 10 separate anonymous donations from individuals, with most of them in the $5,000 range. One, however, was for $100,000.

The Carnegie Hall event was sponsored by the Seminar Center of New York City, which no longer seems to be in business. Their Web site has been disabled and their phone numbers no longer work.

Last year this column reported that Boteach who is famous for lecturing around the world on the subject of “Kosher Sex” had been prohibited from having his own pulpit in the United Kingdom after the British Charitable Commission investigated him for fraud. The commission accused Boteach of using funds for the Oxford L’Chaim Society there for an expensive home. The L’Chaim Society of Oxford has since changed its name and disassociated itself with Boteach.

JACKSON’S ’EX-RABBI’

The list of con men and hustlers who’ve taken advantage of Michael Jackson continues to grow, especially where charity causes are concerned. Jackson has been in Washington this week talking about raising money for new charities, but his old ones are still dogging him.

You will recall that Jackson was involved in something called Heal the Kids with Rabbi “Shmuley” Boteach. I’ve told you before that the most recent filing for Boteach’s charity, L’Chaim Society, under which Heal the Kids fell, listed as one of its directors James Meiskin, a man currently in trouble with the Manhattan District Attorney’s office for extortion.

But it now turns out that when you call the number for the L’Chaim Society, all you get is a recorded message that says the charity is gone and so is the rabbi. There are no forwarding numbers, according to the message.

You can always hear or see Boteach on TV or radio giving his opinion about something or other and plugging one of his books. But one thing he doesn’t seem able to opine is where all the money went from the short-lived charity. And one person who might be interested is Denise Rich, who wrote Boteach a check for $100,000 in the fall of 2000 for the L’Chaim Society right around the time Boteach and his then pal Michael Jackson came to two of her own fundraising events.

That $100,000 shows up in the L’Chaim Society’s 2000 tax return. The same return shows no money whatsoever was spent on anything remotely charitable, just salaries and expenses. Rich, who is the victim in this case, thought she was giving the money to one of Jackson’s charities at the time. But a source of mine who was with Jackson at the time says Jackson never saw the money or the check. It went straight to Boteach and the L’Chaim Society.

Boteach — who is banned by the United Synagogues in Great Britian from having a pulpit — is best remembered for a quote he gave the London Independent in 1996. He said there is an 11th, unwritten Commandment: “Thou shalt do anything for publicity and recognition.”

And Bashir was not the first one, who gained access to Michael via Geller. There was “the Rabbi” too. Rabbi Shmuley Boteach.

There are many unanswered questions about the friendship between the Rabbi and Michael.

The beginning was when the Rabbi released a new book which he wanted to promote. And this should have happened in a public event in which he wanted to talk with Michael about the content of the book.

The title of the book: Kosher Sex.

„I said to him:“Michael, you can’t do that. It’s inappropriate. You cannot sit down and discuss about sex with this guy?” But he had given his promise to the Rabbi and nobody could stop him from doing it.” At the end it was still possible to convince Michael to drop it. „But this is how Michael was. He did anything what he could do for his friends. But it then took on a dramatic scale which became untenable and so Michael terminated it.”

It circulates a story about how it came to the fact that Michael and the Rabbi are no longer friends. According to that story Shmuley had not only the leading position at Heal The Kids but also at the Heal The World Foundation. Bills should not been paid and money should have been peculated, what moribunded Heal The World finally. When Michael noticed that, he immediately fired Shmuley and stopped every contact with him.

Dieter Wiesner was not willing to confirm the story for this article. And due to the brisance of these allegations, it’s no wonder.

What Wiesner confirmed was the termination of the friendship by Michael. “He did it as usual. Some day he couldn’t be reached anymore.“

Here I probed into the matter because I had also heard about that. “He simply didn’t accept his calls anymore. The same way it went with Geller later.”

Shmuley claiming the friendship ended over Michael’s use of drugs

Rabbi Shmuley: For two years, I really felt that I was making headway in helping Michael restructure his life, but once I saw that Michael was treating my advice as if I were a nuisance. I had to end our relationship. Was I gonna applaud as he slowly self-immolated? If I’m just another someone who’s afraid to tell him that he’s got to stop doing drugs, then what was I doing there?

Yet back in November 2003 he said it ended because their “interests went in separate directions.”

MJboard.com- How is your friendship with Michael nowadays?
Rabbi Shmuley Boteach- We have no real contact any longer. Nothing happened between us. Michael went back to the recording studio and I went back to my own work in teaching, writing, and broadcasting. We are not in a fight. Our interests went in separate directions.

Dieter’s response to this drugs claim:

Shmuley has released a book, which should base on conversations between him and Michael. He claims to be the one who ended their friendship, because Michael was medication-dependent.

When asking Dieter Wiesner about that, he laughed and said:“ That’s total crap. It was only from Michael’s side“. And the medication thing? “Complete nonsense.“

Wiesner is also doubting that the Rabbi recorded all of his conversations with Michael which are used in the book.

How come Johnson’s case hasn’t been thrown out by the Judge so far? She prayed for extensions in the case on many occasions. On the other hand Johnson has quite a lot of e-mails backing her story. She claims that Shmuley Boteach approved her activities preserving MJ’s Heal The World Foundation back in 2002.

- In November 2003 he himself said he had had no contact with Michael in over 2 years, so how was he able to have the authority to authorize anything involving Michael’s name in 2002?

- So I’m sure that his time in 2009 that was spent promoting a book involving Michael Jackson, a celebrity and arguably the most famous and talked about person in 2009, and aligning himself with two other male celebrities in the news, Jon Gosselin and Michael Lohan, was also a mistake. Now back in 2010 promoting his latest Michael Jackson book, “Honoring The Child.”
